The Federation of Finnish Tourist Guide Associations was established in 1974 and it is the only national federation for tourist guides in Finland. Every guide is a member of a local association and through the association membership, also a member of the Federation. The Federation of Finnish Tourist Guide Associations currently represents about 1300 authorized guides in eight regions and 89 local associations.

Turun Matkailuoppaat ry – Åbo Turistguider rf on jo yli 60 vuotta vanha opasyhdistys, jonka jäsenet toimivat opastustehtävissä Turussa sekä kotimaisia että ulkomaisia matkailijoita palvellen.
Suomen vanhimmassa kaupungissa riittää näkemistä ja kokemista.
